Wiring & Rewiring
New wiring and rewiring for homes, additions, remodels and outbuildings in Hamilton, Fairfield, Oxford and nearby.
New space needs power. A home addition, a remodel, a new house, or a shed or barn out back all need circuits planned and wired correctly from the start. We can design and install the electrical system for your project, big or small. We begin by walking the job with you and talking through how you will use the space: where the outlets go, what lighting you want, and what equipment will run. From there we give you an upfront price and a free work estimate. For outbuildings, the distance from the main panel and the load you plan to run decide what the feed looks like, and often a sub panel is part of the plan. Older homes can need circuits added or wiring replaced when the original setup no longer matches how the house is used. We explain what we find and what needs to be done, so you can decide with the facts in front of you. The work is done by a qualified electrician, which Tom Radin personally guarantees. We are licensed and insured in Ohio, license #31264.

Common questions
Can you run power to a shed or barn?
Yes. We wire outbuildings, including sheds and barns. What it takes depends on the distance from your panel and what you plan to run, so we look at it and give you an upfront price.
Do you wire remodels and additions?
Yes. We handle new wiring for additions, remodels and new homes, including new circuits, plugs, switches and lighting.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. We offer free work estimates, and we take the time to talk through what the project involves.
