A fan swaps in easily when there is already a fan in the ceiling. Putting one where there was only a light, or nothing at all, takes more work. We do both: ceiling fan replacement and new ceiling fan installation, along with bath fan installs. A ceiling fan carries weight and moves when it runs, so the box it hangs from has to be rated to hold it. A new install may also need new wiring from a switch, and sometimes a new circuit. We check what is in the ceiling first and tell you what the job will take before we start. Bath fans clear moisture from the room, and they only work if they are installed and vented properly. We install new bath fans and replace worn ones. If you want speed control or a wall switch for the fan, we install fan controls too. You get an upfront price and a free work estimate. We offer senior, military-veteran and first responder discounts. A qualified electrician does the work, and we are licensed and insured in Ohio, license #31264.
